Microsoft announced the winners of its 2008 Microsoft Vendor Program Excellence Awards. Grubb & Ellis was selected from among more than 17,200 Microsoft vendors in the United States for recognition, receiving the Environmental Award for working diligently to reduce Microsoft’s environmental impact by delivering more than 30 initiatives during the past year. Gangsters in Downtown Rogers!

Congratulations to the Bentonville Plaza team for winning Best Team Name in the Rogers Public Library Foundation’s Annual Spelling Bee!!!

The Goodspellas team of Paula Cox (sporting a flapper dress), Grady Mathews (lead gangster), and Kelly Leckey (junior gangster) participated in the event to raise money for foundation-sponsored programs, including the summer reading program and the purchase of equipment such as computers. This year’s bee raised around $10,000 for the library!!!

Since 2001, the Rogers Public Library Foundation has hosted an annual adult spelling bee with a baseball theme and a silent auction of books, autographed books and literary themed items. Both audience members and participants had a wonderful time!
