Randy is a founding Principal of Solomon Partners and serves as its Chairman of the Board. He has over 27 years experience in oil and gas exploration and development and real estate. His entrepreneurial experience includes founding and building multiple companies into extremely successful enterprises. His real estate holdings and development include commercial, mixed use, residential and a historic structure placed on the National Historic Register after redevelopment.

As a graduate of the University of Arkansas and a former Razorback football player, Randy Lawson has a passion for the growth of Northwest Arkansas, the state of Arkansas and the mid-continent region. Additionally, Randy spends countless hours serving and leading in his community, region and state on multiple public, private and non-profit boards. He has a passion for education reform and community service to help others.
