Larry Trice joined Grubb & Ellis | Solomon Partners in 2008 as Senior Advisor and Executive Broker, bringing more than 40 years of investment banking and commercial real estate industry experience, working with major institutional fiduciary asset managers.  Larry’s primary focus is on the changing market dynamics of the current real estate market in relation to his clients’ needs.

Larry works collaboratively with his clients and the professional associates throughout the worldwide organization of Grubb & Ellis to provide comprehensive integrated real estate solutions, including transaction, management, consulting and investment advisory services supported by proprietary market research and extensive local market expertise.

Larry earned his BS in Banking and Finance at the University of Arkansas. In addition, he completed several graduate level courses in corporate financial analysis at Southern Methodist University in Dallas while serving as an investment portfolio research analyst for a life insurance company.
