Kelly Turner is the Business Manager at Grubb & Ellis | Solomon Partners, specializing in office management, communication, and company/client relations. Kelly’s primary objective is providing Grubb & Ellis|Solomon Partners with a professional, well-organized, and efficient environment in which business may be conducted to best meet the clients’ needs.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Solomon Partners, Kelly spent three years with the County Tax Collector’s Office. During her tenure with the Collector’s Office, Kelly acted as Assistant Tax Collector. She worked closely with both elected officials and taxpayers to provide education, advice, and practical solutions. Kelly successfully managed twenty-five employees throughout five county-wide offices.
Kelly has also served as Assistant to the Director of Planning and Zoning. She completed numerous transactions for clients such as zoning permits, re-zoning applications/appeals, and business licenses. Working hand-in-hand with the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals, Kelly provided counsel to property owners and completed permits or applications in a timely manner to meet the client’s real estate objectives.
With more than eleven years of real estate experience and ten years of management experience, Kelly has extensive knowledge of business operations which allows her to offer superior service to Grubb & Ellis|Solomon Partners.
