Congratulations to the Bentonville Plaza team for winning Best Team Name in the Rogers Public Library Foundation’s Annual Spelling Bee!!!

The Goodspellas team of Paula Cox (sporting a flapper dress), Grady Mathews (lead gangster), and Kelly Leckey (junior gangster) participated in the event to raise money for foundation-sponsored programs, including the summer reading program and the purchase of equipment such as computers.  This year’s bee raised around $10,000 for the library!!!

Since 2001, the Rogers Public Library Foundation has hosted an annual adult spelling bee with a baseball theme and a silent auction of books, autographed books and literary themed items.  Both audience members and participants had a wonderful time!
